“We have collected some of the most amazing, most awesome and THE most beautiful photography we could ever get our hands on.” And as previously stated, the links to the originals are available when you click the picture. Why must people argue about such inane things–just enjoy the damn photography. Learn from it, be inspired by it. I know it was stated before, but why does everyone have to post comments just to complain about something. If you like the photos, say so. If you thought they were shit, fine, say so. But don’t stray away from the point of this page. The originals are available, so just use your EYES and your soul instead of your half-filled brains next time.
Amanda, I’m more offended by your use of ‘hell’ to be honest. Chances are the author’s mother tongue is something other than English. Or is mother tongue a little sexist for you?
( ” sleeping beauty ” )
I LOVE THIS IMAGE ! ! ! ! ! !
;-(
Shut the f**k up guys. The author liked these photos and simply wanted to share what he liked with us as well. If you don’t like him not putting the names of the people who own these photos, then f**k off and don’t visit this page. Get a life guys and f**k off.
these photographs are indeed fabulous. Good work.
A great collection of photos, but it is a shame that the person who put them together didn’t just say
THIS IS A COLLECTION – NOT MY OWN
Dance evening for INVALIDS? Seriously? It’s people with disabilities. Hell, handicapped would be better than INVALIDS.
People, it isn’t as though the person who made this post is saying “LOOK AT ME I TOOK ALL THESE AWESOME PICS MYSELF” They’re just saying “Hae everyone look at these stunning pics I found on google.Everybody should see these!”
The first instance is stealing art, the second is just promoting them. Who cares if the links to the Original authors are obscure, that’s not the point.
I think it’s a little silly what a big deal is being made, the work is getting out there to the public which is a beautiful thing… and it is way effing hard to maintain a website. Thanks for sharing these incredible photos.
love them ^.^
love the collection of great photographs, for people who are taking the shit at this blog for not asking the real photographers.. well he did all the work in linking the pictures to the real one. There you want to ask their personal number, ask then…. publicity is being done to the real photographers for free.. where will u find such breath-taking pictures at one place huh?
People just love to complain……
This page has been bookmarked.. love seeing them and try to atleast get few of the shots..awesome collection bro.. keep it up
I take that back, it does link back..ignore my last post!
My photo is on here…the box head photo.
I dont mind it being on here, what i don’t like is that the photo doesn’t link back to my Flickr page! how will anybody know its my photo if you don’t even link back? okay you haven’t listed my name, but the fact you haven’t even bothered to link back is very disappointing and careless.
AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING…
as a photographer who photographs displayed here, I feel very disappointed my name is not listed..
Absolutely stunning. I loved every single one. It’s a great compolation even if it’s other peoples work they are appropriately cited by the hyperlinks.
Thanks dpshots 2 thumbs up.
agreement on flickr says that anything you upload belongs to them
She’s probably a photographer. And she has a point.
But, as a photographer myself, I would be flattered.
Didnt take my breath away as promised…but good pictures
Kira and L agreeing on something? Heresy. Beautiful photos, but yeah you really should mention that clicking the photo takes you to the artist’s page.
Beautiful photos, glad to see them, glad they were shared. Share On I say!
great pictures!…
for people who complain about giving photo credit… try making a website and maintaining it… outsiders don’t realize how much f***ing time it takes to find photographer credits and post it…
unless your getting paid as a 9 to 5 job, most of us say f**k that.
I’ve never seen before these kind of pictures….. AWSOME PHOTOGRAPHY….
Really great photography work! I am surely passing this link forward!
hahah yeah i read all of them too… i love the photos i have so much respect for photographers after seeing these pictures thank you to any one who took them and or posted them so we could see them. Just BEAUTIFUL
even though i knew it was a waste of time.. i read all of the comments for some reason. nice pics tho
Some amazing work! Great collection.
Nice Photographs! I Love Your Style ^^
These were photos were simply extraordinary. Nothing like it. And so clear.
Something great yet again sullied by the ever annoying commentary that follows. Yes everyone on the internet has opinion, and of course the know-it-all’s have to put in their worthless 2 cents. Like seriously do you people troll the net looking for something to correct and or disagree with? I wanted to leave a perfectly good comment, but first had to scroll through the asinine drivel.
These pictures are amazing, but it saddens me to think that all that the people above seem to care about is the copyright laws. I’m not saying they aren’t important, but I feel like since they aren’t the above commenters pictures, they shouldn’t complain about it. I feel like that should be a debate for the people who took the pictures and the person who made this page.
That being said, I loved the pictures. I especially like the on with the match, and I would love it anyone could tell me it the colors (the flame and green smoke) is real. I’m really bad at judging things like that, and I honestly can’t tell.
I tend to think that the above arguments are exactly why comments should be allowed. The pictures were neat, but the comments actually made me think about what the laws are (or societal norms are) and what they should be.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY COMMENTS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!
i love all the pictures. especially the on titled sleeping beauty and the one fighting the gravity

Make of this what you wish, but in the instance of this page, the introduction only says that it’s a collection of images. It doesn’t mention where they were gathered from. And it’s just plain common courtesy to give artist titles/names/etc in plain view with the images, rather than being forced to click on the image to see information about the original artist.
And, as with most things, this will never be a win-win situation. It’s too hard these days, unless you have an expert, to know exactly what is infringement and what is not. It is open to personal interpretation. However, there’s no reason to argue about it. Do some research and form an educated opinion about it, rather than just spouting off your opinion.
While Flickr may have such a line in it’s user rights, you must also have a user name attached to whatever you post. With the internet, it’s hard to tell who the true source is for such images. All I know is that if I were a photographer and I saw it come across in sites like this, I would appreciate credit being given. However, if many photographers are worried about copyright infringements, they have the power and freedom to apply a watermark with their name or whatnot to each image that they post online, so as to protect their rights.
Here’s a bit of an article I found online doing some research. Take it as you like, but it explains it a little bit:
“When is Copying Something an Infringement?
The most common types of copyright infringement on the web are images being used on web sites other than the owners. It doesn’t matter if you copy the image to your web server or point to it on their web server. If you use an image on your web site that you didn’t create, you must get permission from the owner. It is also common for the text, HTML, and script elements of a page to be taken and reused. If you have not gotten permission, you have violated the owner’s copyright.
Many companies take this type of infringement very seriously. About, for instance, has a legal team that handles copyright infringement, and the Fox TV network is very diligent in searching out fan sites that use their images and music and will demand that the copyrighted material be removed.”

Totally, me too!
Cool photos!
agreement on flickr says that anything you upload belongs to them
lol i like the part where in the comments it says
” …so shut the fuck up” lol
Actually, you never loose the rights on creative work like photographs, paintings, sculptures, prints etc. Even if you sell the work you keep the rights. Only if you sighn a contract that states that you give away all rights to someone else you loose them.
You can NOT loose the rights on a photograph by just posting it online.
But these are great photos. I love the alien.
I do agree with Kira, but I agree with the first response post more. And even if she is a photographer or not, she’s right. It was not made clear that clicking the picture will bring up it’s original post site, along with the artist’s details, which would be nice. Then again, when you upload works of art, have a little watermark somewhere that won’t disrupt the flow of the picture, but will make it known that it is your work.
Now, how about we all shut up and enjoy the pictures, yeah?
She’s probably a photographer. And she has a point.
But, as a photographer myself, I would be flattered.
RE:KIRA
Get over yourself those are beautiful pictures and thats the first thing you think of.
I don’t see how dpshots.com is using any of these photos commercially so I think they’re within bounds of fair use. Plus all the authors are cited.
It’s not the camera.
when you upload your pics you lose all your rights …so shut the fuck up
This is the kind of photography that makes me want to go out and buy a high end camera!
Actually, if you click on the pictures it links to the original work, with the artist clearly displayed, etc.
Still, he should at least state that clicking on the picture will bring it up if he’s too lazy to cite the artists.
Also loldeathnote.
I’m very frustrated with this post – I’ve recognized a few works by photographers, and yet the only thing I see is the title which they were given on Flickr.
What happened to copyright laws?
What happened to giving credit where credit is due?
These are wonderful photographs, yes.
But the credit goes to those who take them, not those who collect them.
